Puppies for sale in the plaza. They were all dressed up for the occasion. Everyone loves puppies, especially children.
There was a celebration of some sort in the plaza. A very loud group was playing and lots of people were dancing.
I think this was a dance contest.
Even the horses were dancing. It was a noisy, exuberant crowd. Lots of fun.
