It is still hot and it is after eight in the evening. The rain birds are singing. I haven't seen one yet. They are very large insects that make a loud noise. The belief is that the rains start six weeks after the first rain birds sing. It will be nice when the rain comes and things cool down. I have spent most of my day in my little casita. It is too hot to g0 out walking.
