Old Hotel in the Beach in San Blas

At one time this was a luxury hotel. It has fallen apart. I was told that it had something to do with it being built with salty beach sand in the cement but I don't know anything for sure. It was once several stories high. Now it is just a ruin. When I was here a few years ago I ran into a strange man who was living in one of those rooms. He tried to talk me into moving in there  but it was too rustic, even for me. He was living in one of the rooms where the roof was falling in and he got his water out of an old well on the property. The jejenes were ruthless out there.
