They are doing some heavy work towards the end of the malecon. It is going to be beautiful when it is finished.
As you can see by the photos, the water was churned up this afternoon. What a change from the past couple of days. Loretta and Chico and I walked to the end of the malecon. There weren't many people around but Chico made some dog friends.
