Another Ajijic Sunset

It was so windy this evening that the lake looked and sounded like the ocean. There were many birds in the sky. What a beautiful night. Chico just sat on my lap for an hour and watched all the activity. I don't think I have ever seen so many birds in the sky as there were this evening. My friend, Ralph, came by and he said there had been six and a half inches of rain in the past few days, more than we had all last summer. I felt so much power by the lake with all the wind blowing and the waves coming into shore. What an inspiration after these days of gloom. I know we needed the rain here but I am glad it is over for awhile.
