As you can see from the photo, there is a small garden. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice deck with a view. It is a two story house. People are always e mailing me and asking about typical rentals here in Ajijic. I decided to put this one online to give an idea of the rentals here. We are going into the low season, so there are many more rentals available. It is the best time of year to get a nice, inexpensive place to rent for long term. Prices are much lower now than they were just a few months ago. The cost of this one is 700 dollars a month. The best thing about this rental is the location. It is in the heart of Ajijic, within walking distance to everything. There is also an enclosed, locked area for a car. You wouldn't need one if you lived here.
