Upstairs in the Plaza in Chapala is this Birrieria stand. It costs ten pesos for a Birrieria taco and it is tender and delicious. I think it is goat's meat. Everyone was very friendly to me. They got a kick out of the photos and it was nice to feel so welcomed.
