Beautiful House for rent with lake views in West Ajijic

That is the lake out the windows.
Back yard
This is in the entrance.
This house is in West Ajijic. You can open your back gate and walk along the lake. It is a beautiful place. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and dining room area. The huge yard is shared with one other house. There is an outdoor shared kitchen and palapa area. I met the owner, Mike Merryman through a mutual friend. I would love to live in this place but it isn't for dogs. So, if you are dogless (I don't think that is a word but you know what I mean) you might want to check this out. Mike is looking for a long term renter. Someone who might stay for years. He is even willing to negotiate the price which is 700 dollars a month if he can get someone long term. You can reach him at: satelites2002@prodigy.net.mx or ajijicelectronics@yahoo.com or call him at 376 766 1117.    I think this place is a real find.  Don't ask me anything else about it. I am sad that I can't live there. Please contact Mike instead.

  2. this isn't about the house, but it seems that somehow i remember you posting at one time about someone who does airport pickups. i'm coming soon for a visit and felt a little unsure about the safety of taxis from guadalajara to ajijic as an older woman traveling alone.

    1. Thanks for writing. Sorry, I don't remember the name of that driver but don't worry about the taxi drivers at the airport. They are heavily regulated. Buy the ticket inside and give it to the driver outside. I do it all the time. If you order a wheel chair in Guadalajara, that will really help you out. P
