Lake Chapala Society and a New Chinese Restaurant

I went to the Lake Chapala Society again this morning. Time to get more books. I walked to the Plaza with my friend Loretta and we came across a new little Chinese restaurant. Inexpensive food but they haven't quite gotten the Chinese flavors yet.

  4. Hi Teresa, Thank you for writing again. So you are a cat person. Interesting. The cats are strays that have decided to live at the LCS. Yesterday there were a lot of people at the restaurant and that was the only chair left but no one wanted to make her move because she looked so comfortable. She now owns the place and is in all our hearts. There are six of them. Enjoy the snow. Patricia

  5. maybe you and your friends can start a shelter for cats. i remember running a race once that was a fundraiser for the what they called "the cathouse".

glad people were so kind as to let the kitty sit in comfort. yes, i am definitely a cat person although i love dogs too. we have a jack russell who is 15 1/2.

well, i'm going to take your advice and go enjoy the snow. school was canceled today because of the weather. we expcet to get a lot more of the white stuff later on. i have a feeling we'll be out of school for a few days.

  6. Hi Teresa, Thanks for writing again. I think Chico is part Jack Russell because he is such a great jumper. He can jump sideways about four feet in the air..... Cat house. Love the name. Anita's Animal Shelter has cats and dogs..... Patricia

  7. I will be in town in a few weeks I'm not a huge fan of chinese food in Mexico. But I seeingly always try the orange chicken at least once. It's my standard to determine how the food actually is.
