I also bought that lazy boy chair which Chico loves because it is so soft. The first two photos are of my first room. The second three are of my second room.
It all looks really nice. Like you said, if you do move to a larger place, you will be set. Or you can just live with it a while, and see if you want to sell something. You are really in a nesting mood lately. Sounds like fun.
