Hi, Patricia: Would it be considered West Ajijic, the houses I could see from the very end of the malecon? I have seen a lot of houses advertised for rent in West Ajijic, but it seemed like a long walk to LCS - which has so many events I would like to attend.
Hi Pat, I think of West Ajijic as past six corners. I don't know what the real estate agents consider as West Ajijic. It is very easy to get into town from out here. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to walk into town or you can catch a small local bus and you are there in a few minutes. Hope this helps. P
Thank you P&D, I have been pretty lazy these past few days. All I did today was take that short walk and put on the photos. Glad you are enjoying them. P
Hi Patricia ~ I just did a little catching up on your wonderful blog and photos! Great pics of West Ajijic, and I love it, too! Great day & parade today; glad we could spend a little time together. Looking forward to seeing today's parade photos. Maybe you'll post the photo U took of me if it's not too scary, ha! See you soon. Abrazos, Carolina
Hi Carolina, I had fun too. Yes, I will put your photo on. It may be a day or so because I am thinking of spending today at the spa. Thanks for writing. Patricia
Hi Pat, I'm also a 62 year old woman who doesn't speak Spanish, considering moving to Mexico. I've been reading and enjoying your blog for some time! My daughter and I will be in Ajijic March 18-21st, staying at Los Artistas, and we're wondering if we could meet up with you during that time? We'd love to take you to dinner, if that would work out. Let me know! Erica Norway, Maine
