I lived in this casita I think for almost eight years. There is a nice fireplace and I still have some left over wood outside for it. My desk is in there plus lots of shelving... NO kitchen but I lived without one all that time.... 3000 pesos.... It is only big enough for ONE person and no pets. The yard is Chico's.

Hi Roy, Yes my situation is much better. I just moved to my landlord's upstairs office. It is just one room but I have two private decks. My kitchen it out on one of them. I love it up here. Thanks for commenting. p
