Pomegranate seeds |

Pineapple Chunks |
Sometimes I buy fresh fruits and veggies and let them rot in my refrigerator. I usually do this because I am too lazy or distracted to take the time to peal them and chop them up. There is a stand in the Wednesday market that prepares different fruits and veggies. They aren't much more expensive than buying them whole and I rarely can finish off a whole pineapple anyway. Have you ever tried to take the seeds out of a pomegranate? No fun. So these smaller quantities of cut up fruits and veggies fit my style perfectly.
