Monday Market at the Hole in One Restaurant

The Monday market at the Hole in One Restaurant is only open from ten a.m. to twelve thirty p.m. It is fun to walk around there and see all the delicious foods and craft items. Mostly food. Lots of it is homemade. If you are a single person, or have no kitchen (like me) then this is a great place to shop for meals. Everyone is friendly and they have samples out so you will know what you are buying.
It is in San Antonio, on the carretera #89.  Across the street from the Chula Vista Golf course.

  1. You don't have a kitchen? A fridge or microwave?? I'd need at least a fridge to store all the FLAN that I would buy at the Wednesday Tiangus!! LOL!!

    1. Hi Donna, Well I bought a large refrigerator. I have a convection oven and it is also a broiler. I have a two burner stove top that sits on the counter. I have everything but the kitchen sink. I wash my dishes in the bathroom. I can get used to just about anything. Don't want to move out and have to leave Chico behind. He belongs to my landlord. Looks like I am stuck here now. Thanks for writing. P

  2. Well, at least you can cook if you want too!! Still thinking about that darn FLAN at the market!! Gees that was sooooo good - wish I had some right now. By the way, it's cloudy and windy in Portland today - no blue sky peeking out from the clouds either. WAH! It's a good thing that Chico has you! Maybe your landlord would let you take him if you ever decided to move.

    1. Hi Donna, Thanks for writing. I love that flan too. Just bought some and ate it all in one day. My landlord also loves Chico. So I can't ever take him with me. But that is okay. I like it here. It is inexpensive and has a nice yard and of course, Chico too. P
