The chicken curry salad does look delicious. I also like the shrimp salad in the avocado shell at the Old Nuevo Posada. Is Don from San Blas?
Hi Pat, I will have to try that salad next time. No, Don isn't from San Blas. He has been a friend for as long as I have been living here. He comes here six months a year and then goes back to the States. He is a very interesting man. P
The hotel/grounds are beautiful. We had dinner there one night.
