The dancing dogs are from Colima (they're dogs not bears) and they're not actually dancing, the old dog has stripes and wrinkles and he's giving his knowledge and wisdom to the young one. The originals are kind of whispering to the ear, these seem to be kissing though.

The dancing bears are classic Mexican folk art. I have one from 30 years ago.
