I am still struggling with my depression so I won't write much now. But I saw the doctor yesterday and he took x rays. He said not to walk on it for two more weeks but to try to exercise it by flexing it a little everyday. It looks awful... But it has finally stopped hurting all the time now. Friends came by to visit and that makes a world of difference to me.....

ReplyDeleteI am so sorry you are having so much trouble. Do you have a cast yet? I've never had a broken ankle (or any broken bone, for that matter),but it seems you have been in bad shape for quite a while. Please take care. I'm so glad you had some visitors. Sure wish one of them could be me! :)

Hang a shopping bag with a bag of flour in it at a point above the break, do lifts while sitting in a chair, it will help with the blues if nothing else.
