Morning Thoughts---Happy Fourth of July Everyone

It rained all night and didn't stop until just a few minutes ago. I hope it continues to be clear the rest of the day so I can take the bus to the American Legion for their Fourth of July celebration; fried chicken and salad, ice cream.  It is hard to predict the weather. When the sun finally comes out, it is glorious with all the flowers and greenery. But I don't like being stuck in my room when it is raining.

I had a wonderful time at the Can Am celebration at the LCS two days ago. I wrote about it for Accesslakechapala.com. It rained once while I was there but I waited it out under the awning.  That is the only way to deal with the rain, wait it out.  Otherwise, I would never go anywhere. An umbrella is essential these days and good shoes for walking in the mud. Happy Fourth of July.....
