My New Home

I spent seven days sitting by my front door, waiting for the man to show up to connect me to the Internet. He came yesterday. Now I am free again. I am going to put some photos on of my new home. I still don't know how to use this program so I can't write next to the photos. I will put them on in order of coming in the front door. I made a bedroom out of my living room so I will have a place for my friends when they visit. The second room is my kitchen and last is my other bedroom. It has a bathroom and opens out into my little garden. The first bedroom has a half bath. This is all my furniture. Chico and Olive are happy here. I am too.

  3. Nice place. I think you have done well for yourself. Full kitchen, patio and under $500, not bad at all.

  5. Wonderful! I was so happy to see your post. Your new place looks great and I really like the pass through from the kitchen to the front room.

Olive seems to like it (I see her in two photos). Glad you are all happy in your new place.

Your furniture looks great and it looks like you are all setlled in and unpacked.

A nice patio too! So glad everything worked out so well.

  6. Wow -- what a great place! It looks SO MUCH more livable than the last (despite the nice terrace/''kitchen'' view). And I'm glad to hear that Chico and Olive are content, too.

  7. I am so happy to see you getting settled into your new place. I really really like it and you seem to have gotten everything in order very quickly. I love that view in the bottom picture and would be spending as much time as possible out on that beautiful patio. :)

  10. Your new home looks charming. You deserve it. I love the tiled archway looking into the kitchen. You were concerned about the light, but your photos show the rooms as light-filled, excep for the last one that leads to the incredible
    garden. Relax and enjoy.
It was well worth the wait!

  13. This is wonderful! Perfect for you and "the kids" : ) How great is that - the French doors out to your patio and garden? I always feel that space is another room. Oh this is so very nice! Thank you for sharing. I've been wondering how you are and if you've settled in. Glad to hear you're doing well on both counts!

    1. Thank you Pat. Chico is being quiet. All the other dogs around us are the noisy ones. P
