Downtown Lake Oswego

I took a lot of photos of my daughter-in-law's back. I couldn't keep up with her. She walks fast.
There are beautiful sculptures on almost every street corner in downtown Lake Oswego.
Downtown bakery.

  1. I go to Lake Oswego (LO) and stop at Glass Butterfly when they have a sale. Didn't know St. Honore set up shop there.....easier to get to LO than their NW Portland shop!

  2. Lake Oswego is a nice little town for around the Portland area, but very pricey! Certainly Oregon is not a great place to retire because of state income taxes and cost of living here is very expensive! Housing is going back up and cost of living is skyrocketing to the likes of CA. That's why I'm looking to retire in MX. Just plan to come back here as often as you can to visit. I always feel better paying a pet-sitter for my dog because there is no way I could just leave her alone and I wouldn't want to anyway. But I also will always want a dog they are great companions!

    1. Hi Pam, For sure, Lake Oswego is very expensive. I couldn't even afford the outdoor market. Thanks for commenting. p
