beautiful photos...beautiful place. i've not heard of Tlaquepaque. where is it in relation to ajijic? i love your blog and have been following it for a long time. thank you.
Thank you Carolyne for the compliment and for commenting. Tlaquepaque is an area of Guadalajara. It is an upscale arts and crafts area. p
i love ajijic but as an artist, tlaquepaque looks very appealing. is it a community like ajijic is? the lake chapala society is a draw to ajijic as it's a place to gather and meet people. if i were to move there that would be a draw, but your photos of tlaquepaque draw me but without a community one could feel isolated.
Hi Carolyne, Thanks for commenting. I believe that a lot of expats also live in Guadalajara. I am meeting with two friends right after Christmas. I will ask about the community there. p
Hello Patricia, Loved all your pictures, again! I was in Tlaquepaque many years ago, it has sure grown and it was some distance from Guad. then. I would have wanted to buy more than I could carry!! Connie in Wa.
HI Connie, Thanks for the compliment. I really appreciate your comment. I too always want to buy, buy, buy. p
