A Boat Ride out to Scorpion Island

This is the scene that brought me to Chapala
What happened to all the water?
This area used to be filled with water.

    When we first went to Lago Chapala in 1974, the water was so high that it was coming into the restaurant.
    It is good that someone is mowing the lake now.
