A Nice Breakfast Place on the way into Chapala--Delicias

This breakfast place is just down the street from the immigration office where I spent an hour waiting to get fingerprinted. I am going through the process of getting my permanent residency. The woman who is helping me through it said it took only two months to obtain it. So far, it has been four months and possibly another month or two after getting fingerprinted. But once I have the permanent residency, I never have to apply again or pay any more fees. That will be great!
