Meatloaf and Carrot Cake at Mom's Deli

Mom's Deli was closed for a little while. I had made two trips there just for the carrot cake and they were closed. What a treat to get a piece of it yesterday, almost just out of the oven. The meatloaf was delicious too. But the carrot cake is my favorite dessert and Mom's Deli has the best I have ever tasted. That is real cream cheese frosting. And real carrots inside.
