    What on earth is the purpose of the gate? It looks like some Marxist dream where the wealthy are all imprisoned. Now, there is a plot outline for a very bad television show.

      Hi Pat, NO a walker cannot just walk in because there is a guard at the gate. He checks on everyone who wants to go in there. P
