    Hi Pat: I am looking at all those fresh veggies at the market for stir fries. They all look so good. I had 2 grey cockatiels years ago and the male talked and whistled songs. Cute birds and very tame as they were hand fed. P.

      Thanks for commenting. I don't know why anyone would buy a bird here because there are so many in our yards. I would rather listen to the wild ones than have one in a cage. P

    I have finally caught up to you on your blog. I started at the beginning and have been reading about you adventures for months. I like your pictures and your insights to life in Lake Chapala. My wife and I plan on making our first trip there April 2014. We will be sure to look you up when we are there.
