John just arrived here from the States. I spent the morning with him, looking at places for rent. We found a few and we took a break. He had breakfast and I had lunch. My time clock is two hours ahead of his right now. He is from Bend, Oregon. He thinks it is warm here.
Pat, Great pics as always. I have a ? for you - how are you finding rentals to check out with your friend? Rent prices seem to vary a lot and from what I can see on realtor websites it's hard to see why. It is probably the location, and it's hard to know what city they're located. I'm rambling, sorry! ReplyDeleteHi Sylvie, Thanks for the compliment and for writing again. Prices depend a lot on the location. I only know of a few rentals, word of mouth. The most expensive area is the center of Ajijic. The further away you get, the cheaper they become. Hope this helps. Patricia
