They were trimming the trees at the top entrance to the Plaza.
I wanted to show how beautiful and green the mountains are now.
This elderly woman works every day cleaning the sidewalk in front of a complex. She always tries to pet Chico but he won't have it. I don't know why he is afraid of her. She is very sweet. Maybe he has never such an elderly woman before.
This field is just a couple of blocks from my house. The close up on my camera doesn't work very good but I wanted to get the baby horse anyway.
I so wish I could take that walk. They really trim those trees to get the dense compact leaf canapy so famous all over Mexico's Zocolos
ReplyDeleteGood to hear from you Larry. P

ReplyDeleteI just returned from the doctor. My heart is great, just have high cholesterol and have to take medication now. Yes there are pomogranates here. I have seen lots of trees filled with them. I like just drinking the juice because it is so much trouble to eat them with all those seeds. Thanks for writing. P
ReplyDeleteHello Patricia, Do research online the medication you were prescribed. Some of them have bad side effects!! Crestor, for instance, has been proven to cause Type 2 diabetes. Cholesterol is produced in the liver, not so much by what we eat. At our age does it really matter if we have high cholesterol unless yours is really
Deletereally high. Hope not. Connie in Wa
Thank you Connie. I will do that right now. P

DeletePatricia, The Inside Lakeside web board just had a discussion on taking Omega 3 Fish Oil for cholesterol and that it raises the HDL and lowers the LDL. That's what you want! I didn't want to tell you that cause I thought you would discover that on your web search, but there it was right when you see it!! Connie in Wa.
ReplyDeleteThank you Connie, for thinking of me. Funny you mentioned that because I used to take it and then got bored and put it in a box. I just took the bottle out this morning and started taking it again. P
